Indians have been credited to have invented number zero and above is the image of a fascinating text in an ancient temple of Gwalior where lies an inscription that is believed to be the one of the first records where zero is used. The text describes the numbers to calculate the dimensions of garden of the temple. We should be proud of this invention because without zero mathematics would be incomplete, research might take a lot of time and most importantly computers would not have been invented as computers work on binary numbers '0' and '1'.
On further research i came to know that Indians not only invented zero but also the modern number system used by us. Yes, its true not only zero but the numbers 1-9 was created by Indians which was copied by Persians then passed on to Arabs who introduced this to Europeans and since then taken away all our glory.

Enough of being proud of history. Just living on forefathers hardwork has led India to such a sad state of mismanagement and hooliganism
ReplyDeleteNot appreciating our history will be an insult to them.
DeleteThis post was for optimistic Indians who want to make India proud and take our rich history as inspiration
ReplyDeleteNo one asked to live on forefathers hard-work...you are suppose to take the essence, show the yourself what you can do....for that you need what they worked and how they worked....
ReplyDeleteim not saying to live on forefathers hard work but just trying to appreciate their achievements and i dont think its a wrong thing to do.
DeleteThe post only appreciates our rich history and no where u can find a word that says us to live on our forefathers hard work.
